About Oxygen Concentrator 5L - Deckmount on Rent
The Deckmount Gene O2 is a stationary oxygen concentrator designed to provide continuous oxygen flow between 1 and 5 litres per minute. Limra Health Care offers the Deckmount 5L Oxygen Concentrator on rent in Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad with flexible rental plans, delivery and basic setup assistance.
The machine may be suitable for patients prescribed low-to-moderate continuous-flow oxygen therapy. The oxygen-flow rate must always follow the treating doctor’s prescription.
Essential Oxygen Safety Guidance
Place the concentrator on a firm and level surface in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area. Keep sufficient clearance around its air inlet and exhaust. Do not cover the machine or operate it inside a closed cabinet.
Smoking, candles, incense sticks, gas flames and other ignition sources must not be permitted near oxygen equipment. Keep petroleum jelly, oils, grease, aerosols and flammable products away from the machine, tubing and patient interface.
Use the humidifier bottle only when advised. Fill it with the recommended water and prevent water from entering the oxygen outlet or internal components.
Electricity and Backup Planning
The Deckmount Gene O2 requires electricity and should not be assumed to have an internal battery. A compatible inverter may operate the machine if it can support the required electrical load.
Patients who cannot safely tolerate interruption of oxygen therapy should have a suitable backup power arrangement and medical oxygen cylinder as advised by their healthcare team.
Monitoring and Emergency Guidance
Use only the oxygen-flow rate prescribed by the treating doctor. Never increase or reduce the flow independently.
A pulse oximeter may help observe oxygen saturation but does not replace medical assessment. Seek urgent medical assistance if the patient develops severe breathlessness, bluish lips, chest pain, confusion, unusual drowsiness, loss of consciousness or rapidly falling oxygen saturation.
An oxygen concentrator is not a ventilator and must not be treated as the sole life-support device for a critically dependent patient.
Care and Maintenance
Switch off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Never pour water over the concentrator or use oil-based or flammable cleaning products.
Clean or replace the external filter according to the operating instructions. Report low-oxygen alarms, overheating, unusual noise or reduced airflow to Limra Health Care. Do not attempt to open or repair the machine.
