The concentrator must be returned in the same working condition as delivered. Normal wear and tear is not charged.
Return all accessories listed on your delivery note (power cable, humidifier bottle, filters, and the box and manual if provided).
Empty and dry the humidifier bottle before handover.
Please don’t open, repair or service the machine yourself. If it develops a fault, call us. Faults from normal use are repaired, or the unit is replaced, free of charge.
Minimum rental period: [15 days]. Returns before this are charged for the full minimum period.
After the minimum period, rent is charged up to the pickup date [on a per-day basis], and any unused advance rent is refunded with your deposit.
If the machine is neither returned nor renewed by the end date, rent continues at the [daily] rate until pickup.

Pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address unless another location is approved in advance.
The customer should request pickup at least 24 hours before the preferred collection date.
A responsible person must be available to hand over the machine and all reusable accessories.
The concentrator should be switched off, unplugged and allowed to cool before collection.
The humidifier bottle must be completely empty to prevent water from entering the machine.
Equipment condition and supplied accessories will be checked during pickup.
Additional transportation charges may apply for collection from a changed address or outside the regular service area.
Same-day or urgent pickup is subject to route planning and staff availability.
