2 Function Manual Patient Bed on Rent

Government ID, address proof and prescription where applicable.

• The bed must be returned in the same functional condition in which it was delivered, allowing for normal wear from proper use.
• The customer must return the bed, both manual cranks, mattress and all accessories included in the confirmed rental package.
• Loss, physical damage, bent components, damaged side rails, broken wheels or unauthorised repairs may be chargeable after inspection.
• The bed must not be dismantled, modified, repaired or shifted to another address without prior permission from Limra Health Care.
• All outstanding rent, extension charges, damage charges and applicable pickup charges must be cleared before rental closure.
• Rental charges continue until the confirmed pickup or return date according to the rental agreement.
• The bed must be kept accessible and ready for inspection, dismantling and removal.
• Final acceptance of the return is subject to physical and functional inspection by Limra Health Care.

• Submit the pickup request at least 24 hours in advance.
• Pickup will be arranged only after confirmation from Limra Health Care.
• The customer or an authorised representative must be present at the pickup location.
• Remove personal bedding and medical accessories not supplied with the rental.
• Keep the mattress, manual cranks and all rented accessories available with the bed.
• A clear pathway and suitable lift or staircase access must be available for safe removal.
• Pickup timing depends on location, vehicle availability, building access and operational scheduling.
• Additional labour, difficult-access or outstation pickup charges may apply when disclosed and agreed.
• Cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated before the confirmed pickup time.
• Rent remains applicable until the agreed pickup or return date under the rental
